In the world of Arcadea, people can accomplish their dreams. How? Through video games of course! Everybody who lives in Arcadea has a special arcade machine they can visit in their dreams that lets them fulfill their strongest wishes. Whether it’s to go on an adventure, or make friends, or fall in love, or solve a mystery, or completely start a new life, there’s a game made just for them...
By playing these arcade machines, you can find out a lot about a person…their aspirations and their goals for example. Oh and also their regrets, their insecurities, and their biggest mistakes. Huh...video games can’t be that deep right? Must be a bug or something.
Speaking of which, how do you even get to this world in the first place?
The game follows Maisie, a new arrival to Arcadea. She’s not very interested in all this gaming stuff; her only goal is to find an important person. But along the way, she can’t help but be roped into other people’s problems. She also can’t help that the arcade machines seem to glitch around her. Alot.

hei for me it doesnt work to do full screen or to use settings
Hi! You can full screen with alt + enter. The settings menu can be accessed after gaining control of the character and pressing 'x'. Read the readme doc in the game files for more info!
Yes i tried it doesn't work
Hi, try doing the following:
1. Make sure you're playing on a Windows computer. It won't work on Apple devices or Android phones/tablets.
2. Try redownloading the game to make sure there are no missing files and click Game.exe in the game folder.
If it still doesn't work, please send a detailed email to arcadearpg@gmail.com with images and I will try to troubleshoot further.

I just finished the game in 1 night. I repeat. 1 NIGHT. And yet, I love it. NO WAY THE FANDOM IS SMALL WHAT??? I BARELY SEE ANY EDITS OR FANARTS ANYWHERE... This is the best game I've played on itch.io--the graphics are better than most triple A games, the storyline is magical. Honestly if I were Maisie I would stay here forever; it's a heck of a lot better than the real world. Honestly, this might be one of the best games I've ever played, and I got to play it free on itch.io :) Thank you for making this, and I really look forward to the full release!

I played it in the Japanese translated version. The quality of the translation was very high and the localization of the written part was perfect!
The gameplay is very LOVELY and fun, with the fantastic Arcadia world depicted with beautiful pixel art and standing character drawings!
I especially like Citrus! Citrus is the cutest, nya~!
Maisie seemed elusive and mysterious at first, but through Emi's events, her strength of will came through and I became more interested in her future storyline.
I am supporting the production, nya~!

This game is so cool..... and wonderfull, the atmosphere and the design from game it self is very arthistic and beautiful. I'm still playing it bu the story is very interesting. Can't wait for the full realese/version

this is such a wonderful game. I don't play games like this because of horror elements but this was actually really entertaining and I am excited for the full version. however if I may ask, will this be free if the full version came out? I do not have money online so.

when do you plan to release the full game?
Sorry for the wait! Unfortunately, development is taking longer than expected due to personal life issues (full-time job, pandemic, moving, computer issues, etc). Although I'm working on developing it as fast as possible, there's only so much progress that can be done as a solo developer. I don't have a planned release date at the moment, but I do post monthly updates on my tumblr and twitter if you would like the see how the game is coming along. Sorry again! Please be patient with me!

**SPOILERS**
Very excited about this one! While the atmosphere was adorable, some scenes gave me Yume Nikki vibes. We're playing as the older sister. The brother's reaction to us coming to find him wasn't the one you'd expect and I'm really excited to see where this is going. While the heroine's goal is understandable I feel like there could be more to it than we can see. Great job devs! The story got my curiosity and the art is breathtaking. The character designs are beautiful plus every part of the game is so detailed I can't help but love it. We'll be waiting for you!
